My GEM Power offers different coaching and mentoring packages, classes and group experiences. It’s a sound idea to see if we are the right fit by booking an introductory session. In this session, we’ll explore how engaging in a growth journey can help you. Once you get to know how we work, you can decide if this is right for you.

Coaching

You feel disconnected, dissatisfied and discontented to your whole self. You’re lacking motivation, procrastinating and have low self-esteem and self-confidence. You have tried the self-help route, therapy, yoga and more. Now you need support to understand your feelings and emotions. Time to do the inner work. Coaching with Gucci starts with inherited beliefs and expands from there.

    We’ll spend nine one-hour sessions together – three each month - to uncover, recover and discover the whole of you.

    We’ll spend one hour every two weeks, to do the inner work on your journey to liberating the whole you and showing up for yourself.

Hidden Gems

Hidden Gems is a research-informed, highly experiential intervention that blends the classic Johari Window model with contemporary women’s-wellness practices. By illuminating the “known” and “unknown” facets of self through story circle and mindful inquiry, and embodied exercises, participants reclaim parts of their identity that have been put down and step into an integrated, joy-filled wholeness.
